Our services of 3D modeling include accurate conversions of 2d drawing into 3d models and 3D rapid prototyping services. We build parametric feature based models of your existing non-parametric models. Our use of ProEngineer and Solid Works for modeling also ensures seamless transfer of data into any other software because of fine capabilities of Pro/E in data exchange.

We can also assist in import of any external data in any format like IGES, VDA, STEP etc. into Pro/engineer.

Industrial Design for Manufacturability and Assembly

For a good Industrial Design to be successful, it is imperative that the design is feasible in terms of manufacturability and assembly . This enables the product with the design to be manufactured in large numbers in an assembly line with minimal need for intervention and correction.

Our efforts in industrial design are aimed in the direction of designing products which maintain reliability and durability in its structure and functionality while providing ease of production at the same time. MoldFlow analysis

Our Mold Flow analysis is structured to reduce design and production errors through in-depth CAE mold flow analysis which gives important data to guarantee consistent product specifications, long lasting molds & tooling, and the highest possible product quality.

Using a customer-supplied part design, we construct a computer model of the mold. The Moldflow software then uses this model and the processing characteristics of the specified resin to predict how the resin will flow through the mold and into the cavities. This allows various key molding attributes, such as melt temperature, pressure profile, or time-to-fill, to be studied and optimized "virtually" before the mold is built. In this way, costly and time-consuming tooling rework is avoided.

Rapid Prototyping Services

We undertake rapid prototyping services that adheres to your product specifications accurately. Our prototypings are highly time-saving. We also perform rapid tooling techniques for pre-production evaluations.

In order to gather data for evaluations, one or more prototypes are made in a process of incremental development where each prototype is influenced by the performance of previous designs, in this way problems or deficiencies in design can be corrected. When the prototype is sufficiently refined and meets the functionality, robustness, manufacturability and other design goals, the product is ready for production.

Our prototypes are helpful because users get an idea of what the product will look like, and make it easier for users to make decisions without waiting for the prduct to be built.
